Policies
Deposit: required for each
night to guarantee reservation.
It depends on number of
people and kind of room booked. Please ask in advance
Cancellations: from booking
to 30 days prior to check-in half deposit is kept. The last 30
days no refund.
In case of earlier leaving, deposit for remaining nights will be
lost
We reserve the right to change the reservation (into a similiar kind of accomodation) in case of circumstances beyond our control
Payments:
- for deposit: personal check, money order, credit cards
- for balance: cash, traveller's checks - Have Euro Balance ready
upon arrival
In case of leaving without paying the balance, we will charge the amount due on your credit card with an extra 10% for expenses

Check-in: 5.00 P.M. - 8 P.M.

Failure to do say may result in no one being there to admit you
on arrival.
Different check-in hours must be agree with houesekeeper (also
through us)
Check-out: 10:00 A.M. but you can leave luggage for late leaving
